The boat launch is 1/2 mile away at Rodgers Park which has a sandy beach.

Summary: We stayed at this property with our family about 2 1/2 years ago and returned as we were impressed with the cleanliness and all of the amenities. We liked it so much then that this time we brought our in-laws as they could have their own bathroom/bedroom/space. When I opened the door after our long drive, the great clean smell hit me right away. I'm always grateful for the washer/drier combo being on the river as it lets me pack less. The owners messaged me to allow early check in. I noticed some updates (like the dock area) since the last time we came that really allowed for great ease of kayaking/paddleboarding especially with kids. The last night, we saw a newly born baby manatee and mama right off the dock. It could not have been a better stay. This property is well kept, clean, well stocked with anything you might need after a long drive, and the owners communicate very well and quickly. We had an amazing vacation, THANK YOU!
